AFJROTC Wellness Education
The AFJROTC program includes not only mental but also physical training. We try to motivate the cadets to become involved in activities which would be beneficial in terms of health (i.e. 5K runs, 1 mile runs). We also make Fridays our weekly PT day where cadets are given the task of completing exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, and much more.
